Caramelised Red Onion and Rosemary Chutney


2 Shallots (Finely Chopped)

200ml White Wine Vinegar

2 Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped)

3 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tsp. Rosemary (Dried/chopped)



Heat the oil on a medium heat in a large saucepan. Add the onions and cook for 8-10 minutes whilst stirring regularly.
